KIDS FIT CAMP coming to FCE this summer!




Fit Chick Express will be offering a week long fitness and nutrition camp for children ages 5-11. This camp will focus on teaching kids different ways of working out and eating a healthy and nutritious diet, all while having fun! Each day we will participate in physical activities (active games, yoga, dance, etc), have discussion that will teach your child about nutrition and good health (we will use crafts and activities), and we will make/have a yummy healthy snack.


What: Summer Fun & Fitness Camp

Where: Fit Chick Express Studio
1254 Sherman Drive #4

Who: 5-11 year olds; max of 10 children (will need a minimum of 4 to hold the camp)

When: 1st Session June 17th - 21st 10:00 am -12:00 pm (Register by May 15th)
2nd Session July 15th - 19th  1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (Register by June 14th)

Cost: $90 for the week (includes all materials, snacks and a water bottle). If your family will send multiple children a $10 discount will be added per additional child.

Mud Run/ Intense Training Class





Mud Run /Intense Training

4 Week Class= 8 Classes
Tuesday & Thursday  4-4:45pm
Starts April 9th — Ends May 2nd
10 Per Class Max limit
FEES: 
  • $72 for all 8 classes – Fit Chick Express Members
  • $80 for all 8 classes –Non Fit Chick Express Members
  • OR $12 per class drop in         
You can sign up for all 8 classes or pay as you GO! 

We will be putting together workouts that mimic the mud runs, with 2-3 obstacles followed by running. Obstacles will consist of tire runs, tire drags, sand bag runs, pull ups, chin ups, army crawls, heavy bag flips, rope slams,  burpees, push ups and so much more!
If you are looking for that extra intense workout or want some extra training for an upcoming Mud Run, well here it is!
Non Fit Chick Express members are also welcome!

Core Strength Course at Fit Chick Express

I have been doing sit-ups for years and never got results.  Now I know how to properly engage my core.  It's amazing how effective just 10 crunches can be.  I struggled with back problems, and now that my core is getting stronger I haven't had it flair up. Being in touch with my core makes me feel stronger in everything I do, even carrying a laundry basket and driving a car! ~Michelle
This class has helped me be so much more mindful of my abs and using my core throughout my daily living. It's taught me how to get more out of the workouts that I was already doing by knowing how to engage certain muscles. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone needing to strengthen their ab muscles and to get their workouts to another level. ~Debbie



I never realized how much I wasn’t using my core. Laura taught me how to identify and use those muscles in everyday life as well as while working out. I’ve always felt weak in my lower abdomen and lower back and now I know how to protect my lower back as well as strengthen my lower abs. I started using the techniques I learned immediately. This course is something that gave me the tools to use to help me take my workouts and strengthening to a new level! ~Ann
