Tonights boot camp went a lil something like this:

Strength:
*Sumo Squat with Shoulder Press
*Chest Press
*Lateral Lunge with Bicep Curl
*Crab Kicks

Cardio:
Jump Rope
DB Swings
Lateral Jumps

Abs:
Bicycle
Cross Body Mt Climber
Reverse Crunch
