Joker Power...

This mornings boot camp was fun but tough! I set up cones to run ladders and had pile of cards at end of ladders. Each member ran the ladders and picked up their card and we went through all the exercises before doing it all over again.

Exercises were as follows:
Hearts= Squat press out
Diamonds= Tricep Dips
Spades= Forward Lunge with bicep curl
Clubs= Spiderman
Joker= DB swing

The joker was 15 repetitions and all the others were depending on the card. I only had 6-10 in the deck. We did 30 DB swings at one time and 35 Spiderman Climbs at one time. I have always liked the spiderman climb until today!

It was a kick butt workout for sure! After the cardio and strength, we did core work:

1 Leg V up
Side Plank Pulse
Bird Dog Crunch

3 sets all 12 repetitions..

Afterwards we all went for breakfast...ahh..the best part..being able to eat whatever we wanted!!
