Joker Power...

This mornings boot camp was fun but tough! I set up cones to run ladders and had pile of cards at end of ladders. Each member ran the ladders and picked up their card and we went through all the exercises before doing it all over again.

Exercises were as follows:
Hearts= Squat press out
Diamonds= Tricep Dips
Spades= Forward Lunge with bicep curl
Clubs= Spiderman
Joker= DB swing

The joker was 15 repetitions and all the others were depending on the card. I only had 6-10 in the deck. We did 30 DB swings at one time and 35 Spiderman Climbs at one time. I have always liked the spiderman climb until today!

It was a kick butt workout for sure! After the cardio and strength, we did core work:

1 Leg V up
Side Plank Pulse
Bird Dog Crunch

3 sets all 12 repetitions..

Afterwards we all went for breakfast...ahh..the best part..being able to eat whatever we wanted!!

Longmont Boot Camp Has Moved

Our boot camp classes are now taking place at LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont, so that we can do them all year round!

Right now we are currently doing them outside on the North end of the church, but when the weather starts to get cooler, we will move them inside (not as much fun, but still butt kicking!)

The current session runs for 6 weeks, and is done September 27th. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-6:30pm and Saturday mornings from 7:00-7:30am (until further notice).

You can join us for 1, 2 or 3 classes per week! If you are serious and would like to see some great results, I recommend 3 classes per week!

I offer FREE nutrition advice and will track your body fat and measurements if you wish.

Boot Camp ROCKS



We had a great workout last Thursday evening. The ladies did a great job and were definitely tired when we were done! Great job ladies! We even had a new BCer join us...WELCOME CHELLEE!!

Kicking it up in the humidity





Thursday's boot camp was awesome! I even joined at the end! The humidity made everyone sweat a lot, hey...that's what they are there for! These girls ROCK on their push ups! No girlie push ups here!











We also did some planks and jump squats in between the running circuits.

Burn that Fat -Boot Camp

Last nights boot camp was awesome! It was by far the hottest weather we have had, which didn't act in our favor, but the girls still rocked on through!

Look at how hard these girls are working!








Here is video of the hard work too..you also see the disk golfers walking right through our class...we are always on the look out for flying frisbee disks!

First 6 Week Boot Camp Ends...

Well the first session of Building A Better U Boot Camp ended last Thursday! Since it was the end, I pushed them just a little harder than usual! But they still had a blast. They didn't like me much during, but afterwards, its was lots of smiles and laughter (so I know they still liked me !)
