Fit Chick Express: vgf 25+

Testimonials

"Fit Chick Express is one of the best workouts I have ever had. The class is great because you get a great workout and it only takes 30 minutes, so you don't have to spend hours at the gym. The class is fun because there are people of all ability levels and every class is different, so you never get bored or feel out of place. Everyone is so encouraging and Angie will push you to keep on trying. I highly reccomend everyone give the class a try and you will be a believer too! "

“After a hard day at the office it’s so much fun to get fit in the great Colorado outdoors with Angie! Fun + sweat + using weights = great results!”

"Even at age 55 I still want to look good, but more importantly, I want to FEEL good everyday. This exercise program makes that possible. Its FUN, FAST, and can be done at home on the other days of the week or when you travel. The weight bearing is helping my bones and my HDL cholesterol has gone up 43 points
(YIPEE). This will be the first summer in quite a while where I'm looking forward to wearing shorts and sleeveless blouses. The group is great for support, encouragement and what a boost to be able to keep up with the younger set."
